MMD Adds New Attorney
We are pleased to welcome R. John Grubb II to the firm. John is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School where he served as Notes Editor on the Vanderbilt Law Review. His note is published in Volume 62 of the Vanderbilt Law Review. While at Vanderbilt, John received the Vanderbilt Scholastic Excellence Award in Taxation of Non-Profit/Tax Exempt Organizations and was a member of the Dean’s List. John was also named a DiOrio Scholar, an award reserved for outstanding law and business students. He clerked for the Tennessee Supreme Court for two years following graduation from law school and then practiced law with the Tennessee Department of Revenue. He is licensed in Texas, Tennessee, and Florida. John also holds a Masters of Business Administration from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor of Arts (with Honors) from the University of Rio Grande.
