John Grubb counsels employers of all sizes on a variety of employment law matters, including employment discrimination, WARN Act obligations, wage and hour, discipline and discharge, and harassment and retaliation claims. He represents clients in litigation, charges, and arbitration brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Equal Pay Act, as well as claims brought under state law.

  • Prior to joining Muskat, Mahony, Devine & Moses, Mr. Grubb practiced tax law at the Tennessee Department of Revenue as Senior Tax Counsel and represented the Department before the Tennessee General Assembly as Legislative Liaison.
